Flexible Working
‘Core time’ is the fixed period during which staff must be at work, outside of this staff are free to work flexibly.
Remote Working
We trust our team enough to allow them to work from the comfort of their homes. For integration purposes we go to the office once a week.
25 Days Paid Holidays
Excluding Bank Holidays.
9 Fortnight Fridays
We aim to complete our working hours within 9 working days to have more quality of life and have longer weekends twice a month.
